Earning Miles - Earn one American Airlines AAdvantage®
mile for every $10 of your average daily balance. To calculate your average daily
balance, we add up your average account balance for each day in the statement
cycle and divide by the number of days in that cycle. There's no mileage credit
for the statement cycle in which you close your account.

Terms and Conditions - Bonus offers
are available for a limited time and can be discontinued by the Bank at any time.
The 2,000 account opening AAdvantage® bonus miles are earned upon opening
your new AirMiles Checking account; the 1,000 direct deposit AAdvantage®
bonus miles are earned when you activate direct deposit. Another Bank account cannot be
converted, closed or its balances reduced below the minimum opening balance to open an
AirMiles account and receive the account-opening bonus. A direct deposit of at least $250/month
must be initiated within 60 days of opening your AirMiles Checking account or the direct
deposit AAdvantage® bonus miles will be reversed. The account opening and
direct deposit AAdvantage® miles may only be rewarded one time per primary
accountholder and may only be awarded in connection with the opening of any accountholder's
first AirMiles Checking account. The Annual Percentage Yield (APY) as of 9/30/05 was 0.25%
and is subject to change. There is no required minimum balance to obtain AAdvantage®
bonus miles for account opening or for direct deposit; however, the minimum balance to open
the account is $100. You will be assessed a $100 fee if you close your
AirMiles Checking account within 90 days of opening; or a $50 fee if you
close your account after 90 days but before 181 days of opening. All AAdvantage®
miles earned will be reported to American Airlines within 30 days of the last day of the
applicable Statement Cycle. Certain restrictions may apply. Personal accounts only.
American Airlines reserves the right to change AAdvantage® program rules,
regulations, travel awards and special offers at any time without notice, and to end the
AAdvantage® with six months notice. Any such changes may affect your ability
to use the mileage awards or credits that you have accumulated. Members may not be able to
obtain all offered awards at all times or use awards for all destinations or on all flights.
